We can ship worldwide. We strive to provide our customers with an extraordinary level of care when it comes to handling and shipping your clothing.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Keep in mind that your shipping time starts once the order has been received by the carrier. During high demand periods like holidays, it may take 2-5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it’s received by the carrier. All orders are processed Monday throuth Friday. We don't ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
After filling in the delivery address, you can see the shipping cost on the checkout page. Normally, you do not need to pay customs duties, because the shipping cost includes customs duties, so we pay for it. Except for some special areas or when using DHL Express.
SHIPPING TIME
We try to provide clothing in the fastest way, but we cannot be responsible for delays and package lost caused by customs inspection, postal workers strike, natural disasters, weather, military, civil affairs, national emergencies and other accidents.

- DHL Express / 3-6 Business Days
- Please note that orders sent to the following countries and regions will take more time: Iceland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Bailiwick of Jersey, New Caledonia, Ukraine, Greenland and Liechtenstein. It usually takes 30-40 days.
- If you are about to have a vacation or prepare a gift, you should plan shopping early or contact us to use express delivery.
- Some remote areas may require customers to pick up the package after it arrives.
ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. Note that this is not your shipping confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has shipped and the carrier’s tracking information becomes available.
